British singer Adele recently managed to shock the whole world with her drastic transformation and loss of more than 88 pounds of body weight, after which she became almost unrecognizable, and many are wondering how she managed it.

But Adele is not the only one who has succeeded. Her 39-year-old American colleague Jessica Simpson recently spoke publicly about losing weight after the birth of her third daughter, Birdie Mae. The singer had around 240 pounds during pregnancy. Now she has boasted about her new figure on social media with a photo in which she proudly poses only in a bra and shorts.

Jessica also managed to lose more than 100 pounds but not without sacrifice and effort.

Her coach Harley Pasternak revealed that together they made a plan to take care of her weight but also to help her feel better in her own body.

“We started with doing a full-body workout, one set of each exercise, not really doing too much intensity per body part and gradually increasing the volume and intensity. Focusing on a few muscle groups per day. Different muscles each day of the week,” Pasternak said in September last year when the singer showed incredible progress.

Jessica also sticks to a light diet consisting of three full meals and two snacks, and she takes mostly protein-rich foods.

Her latest posts on social media have received numerous accolades, and her fans have concluded that she looks great. “You look just gorgeous! Just keep it up, beauty,” one of the comments read.
