Although Brad Pitt, 56, refuses to talk about his private life, he has reportedly been in a relationship with actress and artist Alia Shawkat, 31, for some time.
Alia was seen shopping a few days ago in Los Angeles, and she was almost unrecognizable. The actress, who became famous in the series “Arrested Development”, wore black shorts, a T-shirt and socks and wore sneakers. She donned a hat, sunglasses, and a face mask while carrying a purse, coffee, and several bags.
The media outlets especially noticed her dirty sneakers, but also her hair, which she had previously shortened due to one role. Alia was seen last week leaving Brad’s Los Angeles mansion, which is located close to her home. The couple lives 10 minutes apart.
According to the media reports, the two met in 2019 through mutual friends, and Shawkat often visits Pitt’s house even during the coronavirus pandemic.
“Alia will bike or walk to Brad’s place whenever they have time to chill. It’s all very organic and easy. She’s been by his side at his art studio, helping him brainstorm projects to get involved in, and vice versa”, a source told US Weekly.
The couple stays at home and orders fast food like pizza or burgers or drives to the coast. The actress inspires Brad’s production work and gives him advice on which projects to embark on, and he also helps her with those decisions.
Alia and Pitt were seen in early March at a club in Los Angeles. The actor appears to have switched to even younger women after his first wife, 51-year-old Jennifer Aniston, and second wife, 44-year-old Angelina Jolie.
