There are more than 100 billion neurons in the brain. The neuron looks a bit like an octopus or a strange alien with long tentacles. These tentacles are called dendrites. There are many thorns on each dendrites. The life mission of each neuron is to reach for the other with its tentacles and scratch his fingers. Neurons also send signals. When you learn something new, you create connections between neurons. Learned a new word, took a new chord, learned a new pa? Provide new neural connections and long-term memory.
