Drake Drops 'Scorpion': The Official Album of the Summer
StarrZ has steadily started to make a name for himself already in the DMV, winning Oxygen’s Last Squad Standing and being a host of Fuse TV’s “Weekly News Rap”. Now he links up with fellow Baltimore rapper President Davo for their joint project Layups, featuring the single “Layup” that is getting heavy radio burn in the area.
The single showcases the gritty street culture contained within Baltimore, and hopes to serve as some positive reinforcement as a means to get out. Especially on the hook where both artists echo the same sentiments in a city that isn’t all peaches and roses. But with the moves both artists are making, they hope to show that there is a way out through a means other than the street life. Enjoy!
