YotMe has gone through a bunch of renovations, one being the creation of a whole new look with a fun aqua feel and a professional, sharp orange edge. How does it work you ask? Well you first download the app, set up a profile, find your friends, and then you come to the home page of YotMe which shows off some of the closest parties in your designated area. By scrolling down, you see upcoming parties, newly added parties and more. All events are set up with visually appealing images that grab your attention, let you know of the date, and tells you how many people will be attending the event. If you find an event that sparks your interest such as “The Middle Gray” event with 2 artists performing, you get to see the details of the party, who is hosting it, where it is, and how far it is. As a novel feature to the social network, you now have the chance to like events! It could be a yoga party in City Hall Plaza, an intimate get together, or a Matoma after party, you name it! You can browse private parties and events, join the guest list, and start partying with all of your favorite people.
And of course don’t forget that you can be a host yourself as well! You can create and invite your own party. Furthermore, you can rummage through the app to find your own personally curated calendar that lets you know which parties you are attending, which ones of yours people are coming to, and who is attending and who is attended.
The new update has proven extremely successful being both beautiful and engaging. The interaction between human and networks is incredible, and how you can simply be a part of a whole community with just the touch of a button. No longer will you have wasteful weekends. Bring your world to life and let the words of friends fill the air, let the music move you, and get yourself out of your anti-social bubbles! A party is everywhere! And no, not only wild, forget-the-night kind of parties, the kind you want to experience, because YotMe let’s you know where they all are, and you get to choose which one you want to request to go to! Meet new friends, learn from new people, experience new things, oh my! This new YotMe update makes mingling so much easier for one and all! So, what are you waiting for? Go YotMe!
