John Mayer performed at Boston’s TD Garden Sunday night on his “The Search for Everything” tour.
On Sunday, John Mayer made the crowd sing, cry, and dance for almost three hours. During his “The Search for Everything” tour, the 39-year-old musician entertained us with nearly his entire career.
The show was divided into five chapters. He open the light with his team composed of seven members: two guitarists, a keyboardist, two backup singers, a drummer, and a bassist. Then he continue with an acoustic set followed by John Mayer Trio, full band, and two encores.
After the acoustic set, there was a short documentary about the Trio (Pino Palladino, Steve Jordan and Mayers himself). The threesome used to played together in 2005 and relieved an album named “try” this same year. On this video, members were talking about their experience working together.
Mayer ended the show with a solo piano rendition of “You’re gonna live Forever in me”.
