Following the release of his Invicible EP, Big Wild has been hitting venues on his Invicible Tour. The tour hits Denver for the next two days.
Part of ODESZA’s label Foreign Family Collective, Big Wild (aka Jackson Stell) has come into his own in the past year. The Invincible EP is Big Wild’s first official release. In addition, the Invinicble Tour is his biggest headlining tour to date.
Before then however, Jackson was already putting out highly praised work, especially remixes. In 2015, Big Wild broke out to receive the warranted recognition of the community at large. His official remix of ODESZA’s “Say My Name”, remix of Sylvan Esso’s “Hey Miami” and original track “Aftergold” were all released to acclaim.
Big Wild’s genre is a little hard to settle on, and on his new Invincible EP, he continues to defy a set definition. On this release, Big Wild continues to show his willingness to continually break his own barriers. His tour to support the Invincible EP is no different either. Big Wild has been on tour since March 10, and the tour hits Denver at the Gothic Theater Saturday April 1st and 2nd. Though the show on April 1st is sold out, tickets are still available for the show on the 2nd.
