Get it while you can.
It looks like Justin Bieber is looking to upgrade this new year. JB’s popular bright, neon blue 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia has been put up for auction. While this may be good news to car-loving Bieber fans out there, the car is sure to run you a pretty penny.
The Ferrari features a custom-build by California-based West Coast Customs. According to Barrett-Jackson, the car is wrapped in a “Frozen Blue” chrome and includes a 2,000-watt, 10-inch sub-woofer, full custom fender flares, a front splitter, a side skirt splitter, a rear wing, and custom upholstery created to Justin’s taste specifications.. JB’s Ferrari is a seven-speed automatic but features an eight-cylinder, 4.5-liter engine and custom 20-inch wheels. While the car looks spotless and in pristine condition, the car has been in a rear-end collision accident before as stated in the Carfax damage report.
The original cost for the car exceeded well over $200,000 USD. Considering the custom-build and the fact that Justin Bieber was the former owner, it will come as no surprise if the Ferrari goes for more at auction.
Barrett-Jackson, the “expert auto auctioneers” and self-proclaimed “World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions”, will be overseeing the auction and handling any interested bids. The event will take place from January 14-22 at the WestWorld of Scottsdale, Arizona. Those in attendance will include NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., actor Burt Reynolds, Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler, and Bieber himself.
