Ed Sheeran gives the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Theme his own unique twist.
Ed Sheeran visited the Capital Evening Show With Roman Kemp early Wednesday where he received an unexpected request from a fan. The listener asked the 25-year-old singer if he was willing to perform the rap theme to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, originally performed by main star Will Smith. Despite the Capital FM DJ telling the Sheeran he didn’t have to if he wasn’t keen, Sheeran agreed to the request, grabbing his guitar and giving it his best. Unsurprisingly, Sheeran gave the theme song his own, unique spin and trademark sound, making the theme one-of-a-kind and downright amazing.
The cover follows Sheeran’s earlier announcement of the tracklist from his forthcoming album ‘Divide’. You can view the tracklist below and watch Sheeran’s acoustic version of Fresh Prince above.
