It’s no secret that Donald Glover and the Migos trio have a great friendship, but it sounds like they may be taking their relationship to a more professional level with new music.
“And I really want to thank the Migos-not for being in the show-but for making “Bad and Boujee.” Like that’s the best song ever,” said Glover.
Since the shoutout last night, streaming for the song Bad and Boujee has increased by 234%. Naturally, fans are itching for a collab between the two Atlanta talents, so TMZ caught up with Glover after the show for more information.
“I have to. They’re Zone 6. That’s Atlanta,” the star replied. His brother Stephen backed the statement, claiming that “it’s happening”.
The idea of a Childish Gambino x Migos collaboration first came when reports stated that Glover wanted to work with the trio, following Quavo’s verse with Chance The Rapper on Surf’s hit Familiar. Migos caught wind and enthusiastically tweeted the rapper “LETS work!!”
